Session Browser error ORA-29275: partial multibyte character
Description

The "ORA-29275: partial multibyte character " error occurs every time when the Session browser from the DBA Module is opened in Toad.
Resolution

SOLUTION 1:
An issue with a 10g client, reinstall the Oracle 10g client to fix the issue.
SOLUTION2:
If you use client version 11 and higher install client version 10.2.0.5 to fix the issue.
