Alarm filter does not work properly - select time range is not considered (4252990)

When selecting a time range - for example: 01.12.2010 - 01.01.2011 - the alarms dashboard is displaying also alarms outside the select time range.

There is a difference between alarm creation time and outstanding alarms.
When selecting a specific time range all outstanding alarms in this time range will be displayed. The creation time of the alarm is not considered.

To get all created alarms in a specific time range please use the alarm filter.
Set the time range, open the alarm filter and select historical alarms. Now all created alarms in the time range will be displayed.
Eventually you need to set the "Is Cleared" option in the alarm filter. Tick both boxes: "True" and "False" and you will get cleared and not cleared alarms.
