Answer:
The Mart Server has high availability. The end user can install multiple nodes in case of a failure and connect using of the other nodes.
For example, user can install Mart to each A machine and B machine (or more machines) and if A machine can not connect then user can connect to B machine, simply point the mart configure window for that node at the same DBMS.
Additionally, each mart server node would be installed on a different PC or VM and both A machine and B machine can run at the same time.
