Windows Services data only be saved in the Foglight Topology if the status of the service changed (4252536)

The Windows Services status metric is being updated only if the status of a service changed. If the collection is returning the same value like in the previous collection it will not be saved and no historical data is available.

If  Windows Service status alarm has been cleared by accident, it will not be triggered again until data has been saved. Even rule behaviour settings like "Fire Action if X consecutive Evaluations are true" does not work.
