Search in Inactive Domain from CSR Search Wizard -
Description
Is there a way to do a search on CSRs in a closed Service Domain? -
Resolution
The CSR Search Wizard will not display inactive service domain. Below are some suggestions:
1. Re-enable the in-active Service Domain from Maintenance | General | Service Domains
2. Logout of Stat Windows Client and login again to do the search
