What does the following message mean and who to fix it:
2012-08-01 03:30:35.608 WARN [Upstream Polling-1] com.quest.glue.common.comms.TimeSyncService - This host's clock is out of sync with the server by -318,096 ms. This could cause difficulties correlating events logged on the server with local information. It is recommended that you correct the time on this host.

Cause
The Foglight Management Server machine and Foglight Agent Manager machine have different times, they are not in sync.

Resolution
To solve it, use NTP (Network Time Protocol). It can be scheduled to run regular on the system and synchronize time settings on the machines.
