"There was an exception error when calling a target" error while running Configuration wizard
Check and modify the registry key as described below.
It is strongly recommend to create a backup of the windows registry before any modifications are made
Resolution:
1. Click on Start and Run,
2. On the open task field type: "Regedit" and press OK
3. In Registry Editor navigate to:
"HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Advanced"
4. Find this key: "EnableBalloonTips"
5. The key should be created as REG_DWORD
6. If the "EnableBalloonTips" is created as REG_SZ, rename or export the registry key and save on the safe location on your PC
7. Create new REG_DWORD key with name EnableBalloonTips and set the value to 0 (zero)
8. Check if the Configuration task is still generating the error message.
