CPU usage increased to 100% - leap second issue on Linux
Description

CPU usage increased to 100% after a leap second has been added last weekend.
Restart of the Foglight Management Server does not solve the issue.
Cause

Resolution
To solve the issue, run the following commands on the Linux server:
1. /etc/init.d/ntp stop;
2. date; date `date +"%m%d%H%M%C%y.%S"`;
3. date; /etc/init.d/ntp start;
Foglight Management Server restart is normally not needed.
