Failed to upgrade the Foglight Agent Manager (4251883)

Trying to upgrade the Foglight Agent Manager (FglAM) via the "Agent Hosts" dashboard but it takes a long time processing and even if it completes after a while, the FglAM version still shows the older version.

The Foglight Management Server (FMS) log shows that the FglAM client has been upgraded and it just needs a restart. The FglAM directory structure shows that the newer version was already copied.

When restarting the FglAM, the log files still shows that the old version is used.
/fglam_home/bin/> ./fglam -d

1. Stop the FglAM using:
   fglam -q 
2. Go to <FglAM_home>/bin and see if there is a file called fglam.new
3. Rename the old fglam file to fglam.old
4. Rename fglam.new to fglam
5. Start the FglAM using:
   fglam -s 
6. The log file should now indicate that the new version is referenced. The "Agent Host" dashboard should also indicate the latest version.
