Can Toad’s installer check to see if there is an Oracle client, on the machine Toad is being installed, that matches the bit type (32 or 64) of the Toad being installed? If there is not a client that matches the bit type of the Toad being installed, then the installer would notify the user before Toad is installed. This would be to prevent users from accidently installing a bit type of Toad that does not match the bit type of Oracle client on the machine and creating a connection issue.
