Scheduled jobs in Citrix environment are not running
Description

Several jobs scheduled in a Citrix environment are not running as scheduled. If the user is logged in, the jobs can be run manually and scheduled jobs will run as scheduled, but if the job is set to run when the user is not logged in, then it does not run.
Cause

User has to be logged into Citrix in order for their jobs to be run at their scheduled time.
Resolution

WORKAROUND:
Create a dedicated user that is always logged into Citrix. Schedule the automated jobs under the dedicated user.

STATUS:
An enhancement has been requested to allow Toad Data Point to be able to execute scheduled jobs without the user being logged in. Waiting to for this enhancement to be released in a future version.
