Foglight Management Server will not start after abrupt shutdown
Description

After an abrupt shutdown, FMS will not startup again
Cause

FMS DB is on same server as FMS, using Oracle. System was shutdown before FMS and Oracle services/daemons could stop completely.
Resolution

Delete incomplete/incorrect records in FMS DB. Commit changes. Restart FMS DB instance. Restart FMS.
