How do I request a Quest product's CD to be shipped to me?

In order to make this request, you will need to do the following:

1) Create a new case via Manage Service Requests

2) In the case, make sure that you include your authorization key. We will need to verify that you are current with your maintenance support before we ship out the cd.

3) Also include the address that you would like the cd to be shipped to.

As soon as we can verify the support maintenance and address information, we can send out the Toad cd right away. You should receive the cd within 3 to 5 business days.
