Change Agent does not send events even though it is connected (4250470)

Change Agent does not send events even though it is connected and can receive new configurations from the Coordinator.  The Agent Status shows it is connected to the Coordinator but there are "Events Waiting".

The Change Auditor Agent and Change Auditor Coordinator do not record any errors or warning in the logs and appear to be functioning normally.

Verify the "Allowed time for connection" parameter that is set:

1. In Change Auditor Client, go to "Administration Tasks tab | Agent | Configuration"
2. Click the "Configurations..." button
3. Highlight the configuration assigned to the Agent that is not sending events
4. Verify that all of the days are checked in the "Allowed time for connection" on the "System Settings" tab
5. Click OK
6. Refresh the Agent configuration
