Currently the csr status have been moved to system test and it will required transfer rule approval before moving to schedule prod migration. Normally user would be able to logon to the web client, look at the My approval and he/she would see the approval list from the web. Also when logon to the stat windows client, the csr should show up in File menu | status transfer approval.
Delay workflow approval was turned on and the rule has more than one user/group that can do the transfer
WORKAROUND:
1. Go to Maintenance | General | System Maintenance | Other Options tab and uncheck delay workflow approvals until all other rules are satisifed.
2. Exit out of the stat application for the changes to take effect
