Scheduled Automatic Reports do not run in Change Auditor (4250358)

Scheduled Automatic Reports do not run in Change Auditor even though the "Next Run" time and date are populated correctly. In addition, the following is recorded in the Change Auditor Coordinator log:

WORKAROUND 1:

Assign the Default Layout to the Report job:

1. Select the Search
2. Click the Report tab
3. From the Layout dropdown box, select Default
4. Click Save

1. Go to Administration tab |  Report Layouts
2. Click Add...
3. Enter a new name and click OK
4. In the new report window, click File | Page Setup
5. Set the following:
   • Size: Letter
   • Width: 8.5
   • Height: 11
6. Click OK
7. Click the Save button
8. Repeat the following steps again
9. In the new report window, click File | Page Setup
10. Set the following:
    • Size: Letter
    • Width: 8.5
    • Height: 11
11. Click OK
12. Click the Save button
13. Close the Report window
14. Assign the new Layout to the Report job\
