When error occurs, tries to launch KX (Knowledge Xpert), but not licensed for it
Description

When an error occurs running SQL in the Editor, Toad tries to launch Knowledge Xpert to show what the error means, but the user is not licensed for Knowledge Xpert and it can not open. How do you stop it from trying to launch Knowledge Xpert?
Resolution

1. Select Start | Control Panel | Add/Remove Programs
2. Find the Knowledge Xpert entry in there
3. Uninstall Knowledge Xpert
4. Go to the Quest Software directory and make sure there is not a Knowledge Xpert folder left in there.
