Capture Process is slow and restart results in a core dump (4249537)

When replicating IOT's, capture is very slow  and  the colcache files in SP_SYS_VARDIR/State directory are very large. Restarting capture results in a core dump.

An  IOT rollback of a large operation such as a rollback of a massive delete, the amount of rollback records that have to be buffered is enormous and they consume too much memory. In some instances this causes capture to slow down and sometimes to exit with a core dump.

STATUS: Fixed in Version 7.0
