When you register an Exchange Database using the 'From offline files' option, you have to select a single EDB file in the Add Storage Wizard that represents that database.
If you have x number of Exchange Databases that you would like to register, you will need to run the Add Storage Wizard x number of times, selecting a different EDB file each time.
