'Deferred LOB Read' option doesn't work -
Description
In Toad 10, the Deferred LOB Read option doesnt work.
Whether the setting is enabled or disabled, there is no difference in the speed BLOB data is returned.
In Toad 9.7.2, there is a big difference in speed of returning the same query with BLOB data in a table, when this option is ticked. -

WORKAROUND:
Use this feature in Toad for Oracle v9.7.2
