Error: "Could not continue. The operation has to roll back. No Changes were made" -
Description
The installation of RMAD or trying to install the report component fails with an error:
"Could not continue. The operation has to roll back. No Changes were made"
There may also be an entry in the Windows Event log with an error status of 1603.

Resolution
Run the MSI installer using elevated credentials. If the install still fails, disable UAC if it is enabled and run the installer again with elevated credentials.
