Message says trial key will expire soon, but not able to open even though not expired yet
Description
Launching a trial version and get a message saying that the trial key will expire in x number of days. It gives the option to enter a new key or purchase now. After selecting to enter a new key, a window appears to enter that new key. Since there is not a new key at this time, we close the window and Toad does not open. How can we get Toad to open from this message window?
Resolution
RESOLUTION #1:
Click the 'X' in the top right corner to close, instead of clicking 'Yes' or 'Buy Now'.
RESOLUTION #2:
Click Buy Now. It will open Toad and open a webpage in the user's browser where Toad can be purchased from. Close the webpage and continue to use Toad.
STATUS: Waiting for a fix to be released in a future version of Toad for DB2.
