When printing Advisories Reports|Database perfomance, an error occurs:
Class not registered.
WORKAROUND:
1. Check the Printers & Faxes under Windows Control panel and verify if the Quest Software PDF Generator exists here as a printer.
2. Install/Reinstall the Quest Software PDF Generator (to be done by an Admin User)
(a) Completely uninstall this printer (C:\Program Files\Quest Software\Performance Analysis\3rdParty\PDF Tool Setup\install -u),
(b) Reboot the client machine
(c) Reinstall the PDF Generator (C:\Program Files\Quest Software\Performance Analysis\3rdParty\PDF Tool Setup\setup.exe)
3. If problem does not get resolved, check the install.log and see if any of the dll could not be copied to Windows/system32 folder. One can manually copy the DLLs from PDF Toolsetup folder to Win/system32 folder if any of them were not copied or the old version dll exists.
