How to configure the name the Foglight Agent Manager (FglAM) is using to register to the Foglight Management Server (FMS)?

For example: the Fully Qualified Domain Name (DNS Name) should be used instead of just the hostname.

To change the display name of the FglAM follow the steps below:

• Go to: $FGLAM_HOME/state/default/config
• Make a backup copy of the file fglam.config.xml
• Open the file and find <config:host-display-name>
• Change the tag: <config:name>MyHostnameOrFQDN</config:name>
• Save the file
• Restart the FglAM
