Toad is causing network connection to be lost -
Description
When I use Toad it seems to lose connection to the network. This happens when I VPN in from home and when I log in directly into the machine at work. It had been happening for a while, but I could not determine what was causing it. Just recently I have been able to narrow it down to Toad. When Toad is not being used, there are no problems. After Toad has been open for a while I lose connection to the network. As soon as I closed Toad the connection comes back. I had tried un-install and upgrading Toad several times, but it did not help. I also have about 5-6 Oracle homes, but I only use 9i or 10g with Toad.

WORKAROUND:
None
STATUS:
Un-installing and re-installing all the oracle homes fix the issue. It seem that one of the Oracle homes in the path must have been causing the
issue.
