When trying to run the internal message delivery health test the test will not execute due to UAC being enabled. However Spotlight on Messaging is not installed on a Vista or Windows 2008 server or another operating system which has User Access Control built in.
On the machine where Spotlight on Messaging is installed (typically in this case it will be a Window 2003 server)check for the following registry key:
HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System
value: EnableLUA
If the value for EnableLUA is set to 1 set it to 0 and try and run the test again.
