Mail synchronization statistics are not displayed correctly in the console when the Statistics tab is selected for the collection. Statistics collection is enabled in the agent properties, the statistics collection agent is running, adnd the colledctions have been resynchronized. When viewed, the statistics tab for the collection shows 0 items & 0% synchronised.
This can be caused by corruption in the agents' EMWSTAT.DAT file(s).
Each agent has its own local statistics data file; EMWSTAT.DAT. The easiest way to create a new DAT file is to reinstall the relevant agent (Mail Source Agent, Mail Target Agent) using the Install/Uninstall Agents wizard.
Note:Reinstalling the agent does not remove previous statistics; statistics are stored in the SQL database.
