How to Generate a report to show Mailbox Growth for one or more Mailboxes over a period of time.

A Mailbox Sizes report can easily be filtered to show Mailbox Growth over a period of time:

1. Open the MessageStats WebReports Console
2. Navigate to the "Mailboxes | Sizes and Quotas | Mailbox Sizes" Report
3. Specifiy the Date Filter "Between" and input a start and end date for the period of time you wish to report on.
4. For a Single Mailbox use the Display Name "=" filter (Select the display name using the ellipsis button). For Multiple Mailboxes use the Display Name "Is In" filter (Using the ellipsis button ctrl + click to select multiple mailboxes)
5. Click "Apply Filters"

Note: The Display Options on the filters page can be used to limit the display to "Data and Graph", "Data Only", or "Graph Only"
