Can time in reports be rendered without offset value? -
Description
When generating a report that shows UTC/Local Time and is rendered in Local Time, the time displayed includes an offset value that represents the number of hours the local time is offset from Greenwich Mean Time. Can this be rendered without the offset values?

This is currently not feasible in MessageStats. Enhancement Request TF00067870 has been raised for this functionality to be included in a future release of Messagestats
