The administrator is not able to connect to remote computers with the following error returned in the browser: Authentication failed as RSC Server is not available.

Cause
The administrator’s password contains either a less-than symbol ‘<’ or an ampersand ‘&’.

Resolution
Change the administrator’s password so it does not contain either of the above special characters.
