Description

The following error occur when trying to login to the Stat Windows client:

--------------------------- Access Denied --------------------------- User has no access right to login to Stat Windows Client. Please contact System Administrator. --------------------------- OK ---------------------------
Cause

New User Class rights in 5.7.0 version
Resolution

1. Go to Maintenance | Security Settings | User classes | double click on the user class

2. Select Security and make sure: "Access Stat Windows Client" gets moved to the right-hand pane.
