One of our users is receiving the following error message when attempting to login to the Stat windows client:
Your connect privileges have been revoked due to an intruder alert
1. Login with the system or admin account
2. Go to Maintenance | Security setting | User Maintenance
3. Highlight the user account | click the reset password button
4. Have the user logon to the stat windows client with blank password in order to enter the new password
