Rule is not firing an alarm.
The agent is collecting data and the scope is set correctly.

Cause
Blackout configured for the problematic object. -
Resolution
The scoped object is blacked out, that is the reason, why the rule is not firing an alarm. To find out, if the object is blacked out, follow the steps below:
1. Go to "Administration | Tooling | Script Console"
2. In the first dropdown box select the object type and click on "List Instances"
3. Select the relevant object and click on "Display"
4. Choose tab "Properites for <object name" and find the parameter "isBlackedOut"
If it is set to true, you need the check your configured blackouts. Eventually the parent object is blacked out and "Include children" is ticked.If it is set to false, the object is not blacked out.
