Policies tab on the right hand side of the schema browser does not appear (4246835)

The policies tab on the right hand side of the schema browser does not appear.

RESOLUTION #1:
1) Right click on any tab on the right hand side and select Configure.
2) Make sure that Visible is checked for Policies.

RESOLUTION #2:
1) Right click on the toolbar on the left hand side of the schema browser and select Configure.
2) Make sure that Visible is checked for Policies and Policy Groups.

RESOLUTION #3:

Version 13.2 checks for Java Packages and when not found, it does not display the policies. 
If the version is 13.2, upgrade to the latest version of Toad for Oracle here
