The window is empty when selecting Code Snippets.
They may have displayed on screen previously but are now gone.

A. Setting the Application Data Directory for the Code Snippets:
1. Clear any old CodeSnippets.dat file in the Application Data Directory.
2. With Toad for Oracle closed, drill to your Application Data Directory :
Win 7
C:\Users\\AppData\Roaming\Quest Software\Toad for Oracle\\User Files
3. Rename any CodeSnippets.dat files to CodeSnippets.dat.bak.
4. Leave this Explorer window visible.
B. Replacing Code Snippet Files:
1. Close Toad.
2. Replace the file attached CodeSnippets.dat file with the existing CodeSnippets.dat file in the Toad for Oracle \User Files Install directory.
For example:
In Win 7:
C:\Quest Software\Toad for Oracle 11.5\ClientFiles\User Files
When one launches Toad for Oracle, this file will be written to the Application Data Directory.
3. Launch Toad for Oracle, you should see CodeSnippets.dat of 96KB in this window.
4. If this is file is 96K in Win Explorer, upon launching Toad for Oracle, you should see your Toad for Oracle code snippets again.
Rename or remove the CodeSnippets.err file, existence of this file also contributes to this issue.
