Not able to compile objects using 'Compile All PL/SQL Invalid Objects' icon
Description
When selecting the 'Compile All PL/SQL Invalid Objects' icon in the Schema Browser's Invalid Objects tab, there are some objects that should be compiling which are not compiling.
Cause
The objects you are trying to compile are not PL/SQL objects.
Resolution
When selecting the “Compile All Invalid PL/SQL Objects” icon, a pop up appears with a message that says, “This will compile all INVALID procedures, functions, packages, and triggers in the XXXX schema”. If the type of object you are trying to compile is not one of those types, try using “Compile All Invalid Non-PL/SQL Objects”. You can find that option by clicking the dropdown arrow next to the Compile All Invalid Objects button.
