Error: " Fail to enable cartridge SMA_DB_Global-5.9.3.10.1..." -
Description
When using the Posgres cartridge version 5.9.3.10 with a trial license the following error appears:
2018-10-02 18:19:33.126 WARN [CARTRIDGE_OPERATION-0] com.quest.nitro.service.cartridge.api.CartridgeManager - Fail to enable cartridge SMA_DB_Global-5.9.3.10.1 as we cannot find a valid license for it. and in the log : Foglight logs: 2018-10-02 18:30:02.331 ERROR [http-exec-8] com.quest.wcf.portal.viewcomponents.ViewComponentBuilder - Error creating view component
When having a general Foglight license, it works fine.

Resolution
Please use the Postgres cartrdige version 5.9.2.1, as cartridge version 5.9.3.10 is not officially released yet (September 2018).
The issue will be fixed in a future release.

This should happen only on installations with a trial license (POC).
