ERROR: "Could not locate the FglAMAdapter configuration for the adapter." (4246005)

All agents are in broken state and in the log files the following error can be found:

2012-08-30 10:36:48.492 ERROR [Utility-1-thread-1] com.quest.glue.adapter.service.GlueAdapterService - An unexpected error occurred which may cause undesired behavior. You may want to contact Quest Software customer support if you see this error again: Error in activateInstance: java.lang.IllegalStateException: Could not locate the FglAMAdapter configuration for the adapter.

In this case the Foglight Management Server ran out of disk space, which causes a corruption.

The Agent Manager Adapter lost it configuration. To re-load, please disable and re-enable the FglAM-Adapter cartridge:

1. Go to Administration -> Cartridges -> Cartridge Inventory
2. Search for FglAM-Adapter
3. Select the cartridge and click on "Disable"
4. Now re-enable the cartridge by click on "Enable"

Wait 5-10 minutes that the Agent Manager(s) could re-connect to the Foglight Management Server.
