Description

When using a host name with an underscore the Host agent cannot connect and throws the following error:

Cause

Even Windows allows an underscore in the host name, these kind of host names are not compliant to RFC-1123 which defines characters allowed in a host name.
Resolution

As a workaround please use the IP instead of host name. In the agent properties you can then use the "Host name overwrite" parameter to set another host name than the one being used for the connection.
When using NetBIOS a DCOM connection (instead of WinRM) might work, but as soon as host names are resolved via DNS, Java is being used which allows only RFC-1123 compliant host names.
