Description
"Failed to open metabase key. (-2147024748 /LM)" error during NMSP services installation. Account used is a member of Domain admin group and it has full rights to MOSS. Rebooting the machine does not solve the problem.

Resolution
Install services from the command line using "msiexec" command:
msiexec.exe /i msifilename
Example: msiexec.exe /i NotesMigratorForSharePoint-Services-64bit-5.0.0.181.msi
