The Exchange Store Manager Service (ESM) always refers to WLOG file in this case it points to C:\Program Files\ArchiveManager\ESM\YYYYMMDD\0\MailboxID-XYZ-YYYYMMDD.wlog.wlog file which contains more info on the error.
These errors are always errors which are received by ESM service account user attempting to logon or open a mailbox on Exchange.
Googling the error code can give more extensive information.
To get more details just open file WLOG error referring in Notepad and Search for Error: which should point to the error code itself.
For example MAPI error8004011DError: You do not have permission to log on. This means ESM user has not got enough permission hence access to the mailbox is denied. The error code0x80004005which means ESM service is not able to access read or open an item in a mailbox.
Most of those errors are Exchange server related errors not the Archive Manager ones.
MAPI error8004011DErrors: You do not have permission to log on. Please recheck ArchiveMgr_ESM user permissions as required in AM documentation.
The error0x80004005could potentially be fixed either by moving the mailbox to another Storage Group or another exchange server and back. Another way of possible fixing it is to check Exchange Information store with standard Exchange utilities like ESEUTIL and ISINTEG.
