Session Browser refreshes when toggling between Statement and Explain Plan tabs, even when refres (4244752)

In the Session Browser,  I have the refresh option un-checked, so I can not lose a bad statement in the session monitor before I'm done with it.  If I switch back and forth between the statement and the explain plan tabs, it refreshes data and I lose the statement I was on and get explain plan for a different statement in the same session.  Is there a way to turn this off?

WORKAROUND:
Put the statement in question into the editor (Load in Editor button), prior to clicking the Explain Plan tab, if you want to preserve it.
