We have few managers assigned to the list and recently there has been a change and we need to add few more people to the list. After adding new users to the list, they are not getting reflected if a CSR status is already in the status (eg. In Dev) , If we move the CSR from this status to other and then revert back to same status, we are seeing the new list.
Resolution
1. Go to the workflow tab
2. Right click the transfer rule | approval list tab and click the regenerate button
