How can we improve the performance on csr save when only two environments are up and running?<
Description

We have migration path that has about 8 environments but only 2 are available at this time. It takes too long to save right now so is there a way to improve the performance on save?
Resolution

For Oracle Ebusiness:
Go to Maintenance | General | Oracle Apps connect and deactivate any db that is not available
For Peoplesoft:
Go to Maintenance | General | Peoplesoft connect and deactivate any db that is not available
