When trying to connect to an Exchange 2010 Organization, or Regather Structure the following errors are returned in the logs:
"MAPI was unable to open the message store for the mailbox <mailboxname>. Please ensure that the gathering account has Full Access permissions to the mailbox and that the mailbox server is operational."
"The following error occurred during the processing of a given gathering: MAPI_E_FAILONEPROVIDER."
The account being used to connect to the Organization or run the tasks is a member of the Domain Admins group. By default the Domain Admins group is explicitly denied Full Access rights to mailboxes. The MessageStats service account needs Full Access rights to an Exchange 2010 mailbox.
Remove the MessageStats service account from the Domain Admins group or use another service account that is not a member of the group.
