I tried to find the old cases (closed) to review some contents, but I could not find them anywhere in my Quest Support account.
RESOLUTION:
1. To view old or close cases, please login to your Quest Support account using the link below:
https://support.quest.com/
2. Then click on the "My Cases" link under My Account
3. Use the filters on the Search By menu. For example, select Closed under the Status filter.
