If the customer is using SQL as a config store and they have removed a domain from their environment, the information stays in the database.
We have a script that removes the entries from the database, all that is required is to replace the example FQDN with the FQDN of the domain you wish to remove. This will remove all entries on the domain; please double-check if there is any information you would like to keep, as you can't roll back.
