Opening a new SQL tab in editor gets error " List index out of bounds (-1)"
Description

While in EDITOR, I was trying to open a new SQL tab and I got following
error:
List index out of bounds (-1).
This was working before i upgrade from Toad 10.6 to 11.
Resolution

Try the solution below:
1. Close out of Toad 11
2. Go to C:\Documents and Settings\<user>\Application Data\Quest Software\Toad for Oracle\11\User Files
3. Rename EditorLayout_SQL.lay to EditorLayout_SQL.lay_OLD
4. Relaunch Toad and a new EditorLayout_SQL.lay will be generated
