When installing Toad Intelligence Central (TIC) on Windows 10 as an admin user, using either the .exe or .msi installer the following message appears
'Toad Intelligence Central Setup Wizard ended prematurely.
Toad Intelligence Central Setup Wizard ended prematurely because of an error. Your system has not been modified.
To install this program at a later time, run Setup Wizard again.
Click the Finish button to exit the Setup Wizard.'
