ERROR: "For Exchange 2007 the Admin/Migration user must have 'Receive As' permission to the mail (4243119)

Prior to the migration kicking off, on the page in the GUI which confirms the Exchange connection credentials, domain and SMTP address, the following error message is displayed in a dialogue box:

For Exchange 2007 the Admin/Migration user must have 'Receive As' permission to the mail store.

This may occur even if the account has been confirmed to have the Receive As permissions on the mail stores and exists in the Domain Admins group. As a side note: migration of other users may work properly when this error is displayed.

In some cases this has been associated with mailboxes which were created incorrectly, or before the Receive  AS permission was applied through the entire organization.  

Detailed information on the specific cause of this is not available currently.

Re-create the problem mailboxes and retry the migration action.
